In this section, we are going to add an optin form to your Blog.

I think its critical to provide a form on your Blog where visitors can leave their contact information. It’s how you communicate with your community, now and in the future.

The serious marketer is a communicator. Your subscribers will want to receive information from you about:

opportunities and

other pertinent information our changing technology world.

You initiate the communication process … thru your subscription form.
Here is a way to add the form.

A. Login to your GVO affiliate area at http://www.gogvo.com/affiliates

(If you aren’t a member yet, you can become a GVO affiliate using this link http://sharonh.gogvo.com)

B. Click on eResponder

C. Click on Campaigns

D. Choose correct CAMPAIGN at the top right from drop down menu, [this activates your campaign].

E. Click Forms.

F. Click ‘Create Form’

G. Choose ‘Subscribe Form’ under form name

H. For Thank You Page, input the url to your blog, ie: http://www.mydomain.com

I. Collect your subscribers First and Last name by checking the More link beside the Full Name section. You can choose First Name and Last Name or just First Name.

J. Choose the custom fields that are setup to collect the Phone Number, Country and Referred by information.

K. Click Create

HTML CODE

L. From the forms list, you will see your new form labeled Subscribe Form.

M. Click on HTML. A popup box will appear. Put your mouse in the Box and right click, select all. Then right click and copy. You are now ready to add your form to your blog.

LOGIN TO YOUR BLOG

N. Click on Appearance from the blog dashboard

O. Click on Widgets

P. Locate the Text Widget, put your mouse on the widget, left click and drag the widget over to the sidebar menu. You will see a box with dashes show up for you to “drop” your widget. Once the widget is in place it will open a box. This is where you paste your HTML CODE for your form.

P. Save your Widget.

Your form is now installed on your blog.

I recommend that you go to your blog and fill out the form to make sure it is working properly and that your followup message arrives.

Once registered, login to the members’ back office and follow these few simple steps.   It will take you a bit of time to get setup … take the time to do it as this will make the system work seemlessly for you.

Step One – Editing Your Profile

Onced logged in to your Prosperity Rising Member’s area, you need to click on Profile and setup your Paypal email address and your ClickBank ID. These are important so that you can get paid.

Step Two – The Downline Builder

1. Click on Links

Scroll down to Link Generator (we’ll come back and discuss purchasing extra traffic).

You’ll see an area that looks like this:

Enter a target website address

This is the web address of the website you want visitors to visit. To send people to my GVO website, I entered http://sharonh.gogvo.com

You will put the entire web address, including http:// of the website you want to promote.

Enter a short description for the website (visitors will NOT see it)

This is purely for your convenience to be able to recognize which links are setup. For my GVO website, I put a description GVO Video.

What categories of ads do you want the generated link to deliver?
Choose all the categories that apply.

Use the CTRL key to choose multiple Categories.

My finished Link campaign looks like this:

Once you setup your links, you will find the details at the bottom of the page. This is where you can see the hits to your website.

You can see my campaign called “GVO Video” with 1 hit. You’ll also notice a link I created for the Blog post you are visiting! I will post an updated snapshot after I send out this blog article. It will be interesting to watch the system work!

Now that your link is setup, you are ready to use the PR link in your advertising and promotions. Everytime someone clicks your PR link to visit your website, you will earn credits to be used throughout the PR system.

Yes … that’s right … earning credits is a great way to build traffic.

Step Four – Setting Up Your Ads

As you earn credits in the system, or if you purchase credits, your credits will be used to send visitors to your Ad! Another Viral aspect of Prosperity Rising.

Setup your ad to direct readers to your Business or prospecting website.

Here’s Something Anyone With A WordPress Blog Should Do … It’s Easy, Free, and Brings More Web Traffic To Your Blog!

Have you heard of “Pinging”?

If you’ve been blogging for a while you probably have. Pinging is one of the ways we can all get more web traffic to our blogs … and web traffic is what it’s all about, right?

Are you aware of just how many Ping Services there are? There are TONS of them, and you should be using them all.

. . . AND . . . you’ll have it done in no time.

With your WordPress blog set up and hosted on your own domain in your “UNLIMITED-WEBSITES-HOSTING” GVO account (try it for 14-days for $1) … this little web traffic enhancement is going to take you 5 minutes.

So OK … here we go:

First … What is a “Ping”?
Every time you update your blog with a new post, WordPress can send out a signal to Search Engines and Blog Directories that there’s been a change on your blog. That signal is called a “Ping”. When a Search Engine or Blog Directory receives a Ping, it will send out its “Spiders” to “crawl” your blog. Spiders are like the electronic tentacles of the search engine that “crawl” through your blog gathering words and phrases to be “indexed” and associated with keywords used in searches by other folks online.

By default, WordPress is set up to ping each time you update with a new post or page. However, it only pings ONE source! What we’re going to do here is a simple step that will configure your blog to ping 112 online sources! This is going to be easy for you since I’ve already done the research, found the ping sources, and codified them into a list that you can simply copy and paste into your WordPress Dashboard following these directions. The more your blog Pings to more different sources of Spiders, the higher you’ll rank in the various search engine indexes. The higher you are in those indexes, the more search engine generated web traffic you’ll receive.

Make sense?

So … here are some very simple instructions you can follow to get your WordPress blog set up to maximize your pinging … and generate more traffic to your blog:

(NOTE: If your blog privacy settings are set to block spiders, you’ll have to change that setting first. You shouldn’t have it set this way anyway, it really puts a crimp on getting people to your blog … but some themes may default to that position. To make sure you’re set up there, go to SETTINGS>PRIVACY in the left hand menu of your dashboard. You’ll only see two choices there. Make sure “I would like my blog to be visible to everyone, including search engines (like Google, Sphere, Technorati) and archivers” is the one that’s checked. If it’s not, check it and click on “Save Changes”. Then you can proceed with the following instructions.)

1) Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
2) At the bottom of the menu on the Left Hand Side, under the heading “Settings” … Select “Writing”.
3) In the “Update Services” window you’ll find there, copy and paste the following list of Ping Services:
